Delivery

We want you to have your jewelry in perfect condition, as quickly as possible.
Your jewelery is packed carefully and shipped via first class mail. We can
generally ship within 2-3 business days; but if that's not possible, we'll contact you right away
to let you know when you will receive your order, and confirm if that is acceptable
for you. Otherwise we will gladly revise or cancel your order at your preference.
Florida state sales tax at 7% will be added, along with shipping & handling of $5.95.

Overnight shipping is available at your request, with any additional cost simply
added to your order.

Exchange Policy
|
Gemstones and pearls have a natural variation that makes each piece truly unique and
one-of-a-kind. You should expect some slight variation in the jewelry you receive
compared to the pictures shown.
You'll have 30 days from date of shipping to exchange your purchase for another item of equal value of
your choice. There are no refunds. You will be responsible to properly pack and pay
for return of the item to us, and for repair or replacement of a damaged item, we will pay to mail
the item back to you.
